Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Call Like A Girl ("CLG", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to calllikeagirl.com, our webinars and sign-up pages, and the Call Like A Girl Consulting program.

Call Like A Girl is operated by Maryanne Rose Realty PLLC, an Arizona professional limited liability company, located at 1023 E Larkspur Lane, Tempe, AZ. You can reach us about privacy at admin@calllikeagirl.com.

1. Information we collect

You give us directly:

  • Registration and enrollment details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account numbers; Stripe handles that directly under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Program information: your questions, messages in chat and community spaces, contributions on calls, and anything you submit through the training hub.
  • Wins, results, screenshots, and testimonials you share with us.
  • Communications you send us by email, chat, or Telegram.

We collect automatically when you use our site:

  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, and time spent.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.

Recordings:

Our group coaching and integration calls are recorded, and you may appear, be heard, or be named on those recordings. We explain how recordings are used in section 3 and in our Terms and Conditions.

From third parties:

Our payment, webinar, email, community, and scheduling platforms may share information with us so we can run the program and improve our marketing.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account details beyond what a transaction requires, and we ask you not to send it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Enroll you, take payment, and give you access to calls, the community, the training hub, and support.
  • Deliver support and respond to your messages.
  • Send you program updates, and marketing about our other offers where you have not opted out.
  • Record calls for playback, for members who miss a session, and for our own quality and training purposes.
  • Use your wins, screenshots, and testimonials in our marketing, as described in our Terms and Conditions. We use recordings that feature you in marketing only with your permission.
  • Run, measure, and improve our website, webinars, and advertising.
  • Keep our program secure, enforce our terms, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Recordings and testimonials

Because your content plan and community run on real results, please read this.

Call recordings. Live calls are recorded. By joining a call, you understand it is being recorded and that you may appear on the recording. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat rather than speaking. Recordings are shared inside the program. We use recordings that identify you in outward-facing marketing only with your permission.

Testimonials and wins. Under our Terms and Conditions, we may use wins, screenshots, and testimonials you share in our marketing. If you want something kept private, tell us at admin@calllikeagirl.com and we will honor it.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers who run the program on our behalf, including Stripe, Zoom, Go High Level, Skool, PandaDoc, Calendly. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Advertising and analytics providers, such as Google Analytics & Meta to measure and improve our marketing. Depending on your location and settings, this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws. See section 7.
  • Professional advisors and authorities where the law requires it, and a successor if the business is sold, in which case we will let you know.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and support our advertising, including tools like [Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel]. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the controls on our site. Some features may not work properly if you block them. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as you are enrolled and afterward as needed to provide any continued access, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where access to materials continues for a set period after the program, we keep the related account data for that period. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your information for money. To opt out of advertising-related sharing, use the cookie controls on our site or a Global Privacy Control signal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you live in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, or others, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising.

To exercise any right, email admin@calllikeagirl.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.

If you are outside the United States, please know that we operate in the United States and your information is processed here. By using our services you understand your information is transferred to and handled in the United States.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including working with reputable providers such as Stripe for payments. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your information seriously and act promptly if a problem arises.

9. Children

Our program is for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email admin@calllikeagirl.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will post material changes on this page.
